- Territory Sales Representative
Requirements:
- Proactive selling of Oracle Core technology products including Oracle technology. products primarily in database and options using Telephone and Internet Technology.
- Has knowledge of both Oracle Core Tech at minimum effective level.
- Sells at various levels, up to & including C- level .
- Follows up leads from Demand Generation Centre (DGC) team as well as uncovering new prospects .
- Carries out Call blitzes (outbound campaigns) .
- Achieves an annual quota target .
- Active participation in development of joint plans for territory or accounts.
- Awareness of Partner sensitivity in opportunity engagement.
- Forecasts regularly, accurately and consistently .
- Ability to communicate effectively over the telephone and written (including by email) with decision makers.
- Ability to work independently and with a team.
- Ability to qualify sales leads - advanced questioning techniques required.
- History of consistent achievement of sales targets.
- Self motivated, desire to learn independently .
