• Regional Site Engineer

　Responsibilities

• IT local server system operation maintain
• Network equipment maintain and smart-hands support to corporate team
• Work with PBX support vendor together to maintain PBX in location
• Assist IT PM to coordinate infrastructure project in local site
• Support IT communication and event activities
• Conduct IT Everyday Productivity Education to internal employee
• Implementation work for network connectivity
• Post implementation support
• Escalation point into Global Technical Center

　Knowledge and Skills

• 2-3 years of demonstrated work experience in IT service industry.
• In depth knowledge of network, PBX  and Microsoft product.
• In depth network security knowledge:  Knowledge of Cisco, understanding of complex networks, and knowledge of routing and switching technology.
• Knowledge of hardware, networking, and general infrastructure support required.
• Knowledge of client server architecture and web-based applications highly recommended.
• Knowledge of Microsoft products (both desktop applications and back office products) highly recommended.
• Ability to communicate both oral and written in English .
• Ability to work flexible hours required.
• Experience with multinational organizations recommended.

• Bachelor degree in computer science or related
• MCSE,MCSD or equivalent certification
• Passed English level 4 test
