• Java/J2EE Architec

• Proven professional experience Architecting enterprise applications.
• Heavy J2EE background (JSP, EJB, JDBC, etc.)
• Expert J2EE development skills
• Project Management experience Required
• Strong XML/XSL/XSLT especially within the presentation layer.
• Application Server experience (WebSphere or Weblogic preferred).
• Strong Application performance tuning experience!
• Understanding of Web Service
• Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle
• Business requirements gathering, needs analysis and definition.
• 7 years of overall IT/software development experience
• 3 + years of recent and relevant experience as an Application Architect
• 3 + years driving application architecture design (infrastructure and software)
  for Java, J2EE multi-tiered enterprise application solutions (complex projects
  preferred)
• Experience with a minimum of 2 complete application architecture development and
  implementation life cycle projects
