• Business Application Support Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• To provide the daily application support to existing systems, inlcuding the production issue, request, and etc, to ensure the stability of the running of production systems;
• To gather the business requirement from end-users, analysis the requirement, manage the roll-out of application project and ensure the quality and success in local application system implementation;
• To coordinate the remote and local resources for the application support in China;
• To provide the basic data extraction, report design and data analysis services for end-users;
• Ad hoc job assigned.

Requirements:

• Strong communications both of English and Chinese in oral and written,  Teamwork attitude with strong desire to learn and excel.
• More than 5 years of IT working experience, and people with banking application support experience would be preferred.
• Strong ability to analyse and resolve problem and general infrastructure knowledge is required.
• Careful and detail working habits, passionate with the work, be reliable, hard working and able to work under pressure.
• People with one or more of the following technical skill and background would be preferred: Java, Powerbuilder, MS Visual Basic, AS/400, SQL Server, Sybase, Oracle, and etc.
• People with project management experience and has worked on projects where system was developed outside of China, i.e. India or US would be preferred.
