    • Client Training Executive

    Responsibilities

    • Provide excellent Reuters products & financial markets training and support to customers, and handle enquiries to enhance clients’ ability to maximize their profitability
    • Deliver all aspects of financial markets training to the internal staff and match user requirements both on and off-site, and in one-on-one or classroom settings.
    • Own client enquiries and follow up activity relating to training sessions
    • Establish and maintain good client relationship management
    • Visit clients and keep them updated on enhancements to products
    • Maintain communication channels with other functions and departments in order to share information relating to clients and users, enabling Reuters to offer complete customer service and to respond to change.
    • Provide feedback to relevant colleagues and departments in terms of customer requirements, sales opportunities, etc. to help generate revenue
    • Work closely with Account teams in product upgrades and roll-outs, managing customer constraints and ensuring customer satisfaction is optimised.
    • Continuously build personal knowledge of the markets; attend professional courses and seminars to gain knowledge of market factors affecting assigned market area. Maintain high level of knowledge and competence on all Reuters products
    • Achieve agreed targets and business objectives with CTE supervisor/manager

    Skills Requirements:

    • Degree in Finance, Economics or related disciplines
    • 2 to 5 years experience in a financial markets front, middle or back office role e.g. banks trader, banks sales, equity sales, ideally with experience of Reuters or competitor products would be an advantage
    • Strong Financial Markets knowledge (Forex, Fixed Income and Derivatives trading) is essential
    • Possess good skills in identifying clients’ training needs and experience in delivery of classroom training
    • PC literate (Microsoft Office and Windows operating systems and applications, particularly in Excel)
    • Good command of spoken and written English
    • Good team-player who is outgoing, enthusiastic and self-motivated
    Able to work under pressure and deliver quality results
