Responsibilities
- Works on customer activities: airport pick-up, travel arrangement, meetings, visits … etc.
- Works with executives and project managers to assist them with travel and meeting arrangements.
- Schedules and sets up meeting and/or community events on or off site.
- Handles reimbursement issues and general budget tasks.
- Facilitates cross-functional communication as necessary to achieve objectives.
- Prepares reports and other documents, using independent thought, thorough understanding of key information elements and communication channels.
- Works independently with only general guidance on a wide variety of activities.
- Consistently balances multiple priorities ensuring that actions are aligned with priorities.
- Assists in developing, implementing, and monitoring internal operating systems and procedures.
Requirements:
- Colleague degree with 3+ years related experience, preferably at the executive level.
- Excellent capability in English speaking and writing is a MUST. Experience abroad is a PLUS.
- Responsible and mature candidate with demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management.
- Well organized with superb spelling, grammar, and writing skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office; Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and Internet.
Proactive and positive, with continual attention to detail in composing and proofing materials, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines. |
