    • Project Manager in Software Services

    Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for working closely with customers, management team, project teams, and related departments to deliver customer projects
    • Schedule and manage several customer projects with different complexities simultaneously, including writing formal proposal; project scheduling and estimation; cost control; managing and monitoring project procedure and development states; quality controls; recruiting employee;
    • Communicate and organize project teams, improve / keep teamwork and create / promote team spirit

    Requirements:

    • Dedication in application development for global clients' outsourcing service projects
    • Excellent communication skills and good management skills
    • Experience in leading teams of 10+ engineers
    • BS or MS in computer science or relevant fields
    • 3+ years experience in projects management
    • 5+ years professional experience
    • 2+ years hands-on experience in software development
    • Experience in software process control, CMMi related methodologies
    • Strong English capability (speaking, reading, and writing) is a MUST
    • Writing formal proposals in English is essential
    • Experience abroad is a PLUS
