• Mortgage Business Development Officer

Major Responsibilities:

• To assist Manager to develop cooperation channels of mortgage business in accordance to the Bank's lending policies and guidelines.
• To submit market research report and information of competitors, make proper suggestion and recommendation on improvement of work procedures.
• To liaise with Mainland branch colleagues and external cooperation channels to help resolve their problems and requirements.
• To compile Mainland mortgage related reports and statistics, and conduct primary analysis.

Incumbent Requirements:

• University graduate or above.
• 1-3 years' banking experience, with one year's exposure to mortgage business.
• Knowledge of Mainland property market and mortgage operations.
• Sense of responsibility, sensitive and strong analytical skills on property market.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese word processing and major PC software applications.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
