Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree or above in any discipline
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience for Managers and 3 years for Senior Consultants with an investment bank, a reputable international accounting firm / asset appraisal firm, or an international consulting firm
• Direct valuation and financial analysis experience
• Knowledge or experience in P&L, Discounted Cash Flow Model (DCF), Bloomberg, intangible asset valuation
• Strong Excel knowledge and good report writing skills
• Competent research skills and ability to analyze financial statements and forecasts
• Knowledge in TAS or IPO is a plus but not essential
• Experience in audit and due diligence is a plus but not essential Experience in merger & acquisition (M&A) and reorganization of enterprises is an advantage
• Excellent command of English, both verbal and written
• Willing to travel (around 25% of traveling time)
