- Patient Support Business Manager 病患支持业务经理
Location: Beijing or Shanghai
Major Responsibilities:
- Research and evaluate tangible business opportunities for the service lines within the Pharmaceutical & related healthcare markets;
- Develop account strategies, retain existing clients and develop opportunities to up-sell and cross sell services/solutions;
- Define effective scope and strategy for entry into target customers, develop pipeline and action plan;
- Manage key accounts;
- Plan, implement, co-ordinate marketing activity including seminars, roadshows etc.
- Manage Patient programs implementation & service delivery
Qualifications:
- BA or Medical Degree is preferred;
- Direct-to-patient experience in the pharmaceutical industry, incl. 2 years product or project management, & 2 years sales experience, solution sales preferred
- Strong planning, organizing, & problem-solving skills.
- Result focused;
- Customer focused, strong interpersonal skills, good presentation skills;
- Flexible to travel;
- Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint);
- Fluent English.
