• Senior Medical Laboratory Technologist 高级医学检验师

Location: Beijing
Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology or above ( 医学检验专业)
• At least 5 year working experience in the medical laboratory field.
• Certification as a In-charge Medical Laboratory Technologist（主管检验师） by a nationally recognized board/agency (required)
• Considerable knowledge of laboratory equipment, instrumentation and terminology used in the clinical laboratory.
• Considerable knowledge of the clinical procedures used in the applicable medical technology science .
• Ability to plan and refine procedures for use in volume medical diagnostic laboratory testing in the assigned field of work.
• Ability to train, orient and evaluate the job performance of inexperienced personnel.
• Ability to maintain effective working relationships with other employees
• Demonstrated knowledge of quality management, continuous quality improvement, quality control.
• Demonstrated computer literacy, including experience with laboratory information systems (LIS) and MSOffice software.
• Demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Proven good interpersonal, written and verbal English communication skills.
