双高留学人员职业发展服务中心是由北京双高人才发展中心与中关村科技园区管委会共同为海内外留学人才搭建的职位推荐、职业生涯指导等专业化服务平台。
1. Profile for Beijing G&G Overseas Scholar Career Development Center
The Beijing G&G Overseas Scholar Career Development Center (the Center) is a professional human resource consultant organization for career seeking scholars coming back after completing overseas studies. It is a service platform provided by the Beijing G&G Talent Development Center and the Administration Committee of the Zhongguancun Science Park to offer career and position recommendation and profession consultant.
中心依托北京双高人才发展中心的人力资源核心技术、信息平台和中关村管委会及其海外联络渠道，联合其他园区管委会、创业园、行业协会、科技企业以及首都高等院校，利用网络技术手段，收集、整合职位需求和相关信息，为海内外学子事业发展提供专业的职业定位与规划指导，同时通过建立海内外人才信息库、搭建国际远程视频系统和高级人才测评、评价技术，为中关村科技企业及首都各类用人机构引进海内外留学人才提供技术、信息和渠道的保障。
The Center is based on the key technology, the information platform and the overseas channels of the Beijing G&G Talent Development Center and the Administration Committee of Zhongguancun Science Park. It plans to team up with administrations of other hi-tech and pioneer zone, industry associations, hi-tech enterprises and universities of the Capital; The Center collects and integrates various sorts of employment information to facilitate career development and orientation of overseas scholar by means of the Internet. Meanwhile, it establishes HR database for overseas scholar, distance interview system, and technologies for talent testing and evaluation to offer professional guidance for career development for overseas scholars in Beijing --the Capital area.

运用专业测评工具，开展留学人员素质评价、留学人员就业岗位评估和留学人员职位匹配，结合市场实际需求和薪酬水平给留学人员以针对性的咨询指导。
To provide professional assessment for personal qualification, professional evaluation and position matching for overseas scholars and to provide them the direct counsel regarding the actual market demand and remuneration level.
